MidAtlantic is looking for an individual with the background to perform basic data analysis and data entry functions.
From a data analysis perspective, the position will be responsible for:
- Reviewing system data (carrier, agent, vendor) and ensuring data is accurate and complete
- Reviewing system data and combining similar accounts and deleting obsolete data
- Issuing (and possibly developing) standard activity reports
- Developing procedures/process/reports to ensure future data entered into system is standardized, accurate, and complete
From a data entry perspective, the position will be responsible for:
- Entering and reconciling carrier report data into commission system
- Entering vendor payment information and generating checks
Experience w/ Crystal Reports is desired, but not mandatory. The position will require approximately 10-20 hours per week.
This position could continue into the summer. Once familiarity with the process is gained, there is potential for additional accounting responsibilities.
